Geoff Achison in Studio ’99

This week, we were graced by the presence of an amazing blues guitar player from Australia. Geoff Achison was in town performing at Charles n’ Myrtle’s coffeehouse and he agreed to stop by for a video and a MUSICcast. Geoff’s story is rooted in a deep passion for the American Blues. When he traveled to the U.S. for the first time in the early 90’s, his first stop was Memphis, TN, arguably the epicenter of Blues music. Since then, he’s lived in Atlanta and performed his unique blues music around the world. On the MUSICcast, we’ll hear him talk about his blues style, plus the difference between audiences in Australia and here. This was a great interview.
